
Over the weekend I decided to empower myself with a 21 day Meditation and Exercise challenge. I’m doing this because I had fallen off track with these activities and I wanted to establish them again in my daily life. As a former athlete, I like competition but what I desire most is tackling an area of my life and improving it. I’ll be blogging my experiences in hopes that it will inspire others to establish a wellness ritual in their lives, as well as holding myself accountable.
